Dr. Jeff Dworak received his Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. He then attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2001.
Dr. Dworak is the Founder and CEO of Capehart Family Dentistry, which is home toover 7,000 patients from Sarpy, Cass, Douglas, Pottawatamie, and Mills counties. Capehart Family Dentistry has been named Sarpy County People's Choice, Best of Omaha, Patient's Choice, Top Dentist, and Hygiene Dental Employer of the Year. Dr. Dworak is the published author of "The Modern Dentist—The Evolution of Patient Care," and has been featured on ForbesBooks Radio, KETV, WOWT, and KMTV.
Born and raised in Nebraska, Dr. Dworak is an avid Husker fan, and enjoys watching Husker football, volleyball, and softball. His greatest passion, outside of spending time with his family, is growing his practice and treating patients.
Dr. Duvall graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from the University of Nebraska-Kearney. He then received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, where he was awarded "Oral Medicine Student of the Year."
He has been practicing dentistry for the past 5 years and continues his education by taking courses in Endodontics (root canals), Oral Surgery, Pedodontics, and Orthodontics. Dr. DuVall chose a career in dentistry because he wanted to give back, and provide a valuable service to the communities of eastern Nebraska and western Iowa, where he has lived since his teens.
Dr. Duvall enjoys volunteering for Dentistry From the Heart, The Mission of Mercy, and Extraction Clinics. He likes to spend time with his wife, Kelli, and his golden retriever, Lambeau, as well as watch Packer football, run, and lift weights.
Dr. Kristi Melcher graduated from the University of Nebraska-Omaha with a bachelor of science degree in Biotechnology, sum cum laude. She then graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center with her Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Dr. Melcher has been practicing dentistry for the past 7 years.
She loves dentistry because she loves being able to help people and provide a service that can improve the quality of life for someone. She also loves working with a team and having personal, meaningful relationships with patients.
Dr. Melcher is focused on continuing her dental education, as the field is always changing, and newer techniques and materials emerge. She has taken courses involving Invisalign, Sleep Apnea, and Pediatrics.
Outside of the office, Dr. Melcher is committed to this community and loves how Capehart Family Dentistry is committed to building relationships outside of the office, through various events and charitable acts. She has participated in Capehart Cares, as well as Mission of Mercy free dental days. She is humbled and honored to serve the community she grew up loving.
Dr. Melcher is married to her husband, David, and they have two sons, Benson and Nash. They enjoy participating all of the local events that Omaha has to offer. They also love spending time with their extended family, and attending all of the area sporting events, especially Husker football!
Dr. Dammast graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Nebraska Wesleyan University. She then received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery, and completed her general practice residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She has attended numerous continuing education courses, including a course at the Spear Institute for Dental Education.
Dr. Dammast chose a career in dentistry because she feels that it enables her to have a caring and compassionate relationship with her patients. She also loves the feeling of changing a smile for the better – it can be life changing!
Outside of the office, Dr. Dammast enjoys volunteering at the People's City Mission Dental Clinic in Lincoln, NE. She also loves to golf, run, and spend time with friends and family. This year Dr. Dammast is wedding planning with her fiancé Aaron.
